Plywood panels PF-A FK is a high-quality structural material with high strength and moisture resistance.

PF-A FK is made from high quality birch veneer of calibrated thickness and moisture content. Plywood sheets of any thickness are assembled from an odd number of layers of veneer, the adjacent layers of which are oriented perpendicular to each other in the package, due to which the highest physical and mechanical parameters of plywood are achieved.

Gluing of PF-A FK plywood sheets is carried out using thermosetting adhesives of the KF-OFP brand, which are produced directly by Tavdinskiy PPF. The composition of the binder includes urea-formaldehyde concentrate, urea, water, as well as stabilizing and modifying additives to provide the required properties. PF-A FK is environmentally friendly, the emission class of free (unbound) formaldehyde is E1.

PF-A FK is easy to process and goes well with finishing materials. It withstands moisture, however, it is not recommended to use it for external work. The optimal scope of this material is indoors.

PFA FK is a reasonable alternative to plywood for use as a structural material, including for furniture production. This type of plywood can be easily machined, can be laminated, which improves aesthetic characteristics, strength, and has excellent environmental performance.

Plywood of this grade is tested to determine the tensile strength, chipping, static bending of the fibers, humidity, free formaldehyde emission. The physical and mechanical properties of plywood produced by Tavdinskiy PPF significantly exceed the parameters regulated by GOST 8673-2018.
